Advice for Road Runners: The Saucony Women's Triumph 22 Running Shoes are designed to provide supreme comfort. The Triumph 22 are neutral road running shoes and should provide a lot of comfort on daily training runs.
Underfoot Feel
The Triumph 22's midsole contains Saucony's highly responsive PWRRUN PB foam. This foam is Saucony's premium cushioning material - made from a proprietary blend of PeBa® polymers.
You should expect a very consistent performance from the midsole. This is due to the fact that PWRRUN PB foam provides a consistent performance across a wide range of temperatures. It is also substantially more durable in comparison to EVA foam.
The Triumph 22 feel very protective underfoot. This is partly due to the substantial amount of high-quality cushioning. However, the width of the midsole and outsole should provide a stable platform from which to land on and push off from - which further contributes towards comfort.
Upper Fit
In keeping with the comfort provided by the midsole, the upper is designed to be very comfortable too. The engineered mesh is very soft and breathable. There is a lot of padding in the soft heel collar lining, and the tongue helps to provide a very comfortable fit.
The upper is likely to feel roomy and unrestrictive, whilst still supporting your feet.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
